Swimmers who make the team are expected to attend and compete in all meets unless there is an extenuating conflict that they talk to me about well in advance. If there is a club swimming conflict with a high school meet, the swimmer and coaches will need to talk one-on-one about what’s best for their swimming season overall and encourage them to do the same with their club coaches. We will try to do whatever is in the best interest of the swimmer.
